"The History of New Mexico High School Football" is updated each December to reflect the just completed season. The current volume (VIII) has scores from the beginning of the modern era (1950) through 2016. It includes every school currently playing the game in the Land of Enchantment, along with some others who may no longer exist but still impacted the sport during its era. Author Dan Ford brags about having practically every score in the state for those 66 years. This record book compliments Volume I which is a narrative history of the first 100 years ending in 1992.
